COVID-19 Vaccine Rollout Plans for Frontline Essential Workers

Doses of the COVID-19 vaccines are currently limited and it will take some time before everyone who wishes to receive vaccine will be able to do so. Below is the estimated timeline for the rollout of the vaccine to the above priority groups as approved by Governor Little.

If you fall into any of the following Priority 2.3 categories designated by Governor Little and Idaho's COVID-19 Vaccine Advisory Committee (listed below), it is anticipated that you will be able to receive vaccine starting in mid-February.

  • Foof and Agriculture Workers
    • Food processing workers, including USDA processing plant inspectors
    • Grocery, convenience store, and food pantry workers

  • Idaho National Guard (if not medical and already included in group 1.4 or 1.7)

  • Manufacturing Workers

  • Public Transit Workers

  • U.S. Postal Service Workers
